Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Calling Specialist at Buchprufer Consultants LLP located in Kochi. The AR Calling Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, contacting clients regarding outstanding payments, resolving billing issues, and updating customer records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience - Communicate with customers via email or phone to track payments and ensure timely collections.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prepare weekly accounts receivable aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and identify delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment status, and collection activities.
•  Generate reports summarizing collection efforts, aging analysis, and outstanding balances.
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in accounts receivable or customer service
• Knowledge of billing processes and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
