Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller located in Thane. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on unpaid claims, resolving denials, and communicating with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payments. Qualifications Experience in accounts receivable or medical billing Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software Medical coding certification is a plus Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
