Job Title: Patient Calling Representative Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare) Location: Chennai – Ekkatuthangal Experience: 1- 4 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Patient Calling Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding their medical bills, insurance coverage, outstanding balances, and payment plans. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the US healthcare system, including HIPAA regulations and insurance processes. Key Responsibilities: Patient Communication : Call patients to gather necessary clinical and treatment details and provide relevant healthcare information. Insurance Coordination: Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits, coverage details, and claim statuses. Data Management: Accurately document call details, update patient records in the system, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure the confidentiality of patient information. Quality & Performance Metrics: Meet call targets, maintain high-quality service standards, and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs). Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in AR calling, patient calling, or healthcare RCM is preferred. Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, insurance claims, and HIPAA regulations . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism . Proficiency in CRM tools, medical billing software, or EMR systems is a plus. Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zones.
