The Sourcing Specialist will support Sagility’s healthcare vertical by building strong talent pipelines for non-IT and healthcare operations roles, while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and qualify potential candidates across job portals, social networks, and niche healthcare platforms.Build proactive pipelines for roles such as claims adjudicators, AR callers, clinical coders, customer support executives, and healthcare operations staff.Screen candidates for domain understanding, communication ability, and role alignment.Maintain real-time updates of sourcing activity in ATS/CRM tools.Partner with recruiters to understand role nuances, hiring priorities, and turnaround expectations.Use Boolean search strategies and market intelligence to optimize sourcing reach.Perform initial candidate engagement—cold calling, messaging, and email outreach.Track pipeline performance and share weekly sourcing dashboards.Ensure compliance with Sagility’s process standards and client requirements.Support employer branding efforts by representing Sagility positively in candidate interactions.Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare BPM/BPO domain.Strong knowledge of healthcare roles (RCM, eligibility, AR calling, claims, clinical processes, etc.).Skilled in Boolean search and using portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination ability.Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets reporting.Key CompetenciesTalent-hunting mindset Attention to detailPersistence with a calm, steady rhythmData-oriented decision-makingCandidate-centric approach
