Job Summary

The Dental Claim Follow-up Executive is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and resolving unpaid or denied dental insurance claims for US-based payers. The role ensures timely reimbursement by following up with insurance companies, identifying claim issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, or denied dental insurance claims with US payers
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice to identify discrepancies
• Investigate claim denials and rejections and take corrective actions
• Resubmit corrected claims with appropriate documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies via phone, portals, and email
• Verify patient eligibility, coverage, benefits, and claim status
• Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities in billing systems
• Work closely with coding, billing, and AR teams to resolve claim issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations
• Meet productivity and turnaround time (TAT) targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of US dental insurance plans and claim workflows
• Experience with dental CPT/CDT codes and modifiers
• Strong understanding of EOBs, denials, and payer policies
• Good verbal and written communication skills (US payer interaction)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

• 12pass , Graduate or undergraduate degree (any discipline preferred)

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in US dental billing or dental AR follow-up
• Freshers with Good communication Skill.

• Night shift (US time zones)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
