As an AR Caller at Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd., your role involves contacting customers or clients through phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding accounts receivable balances. You will review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, prioritize collection efforts, and resolve customer inquiries and billing issues professionally. Your responsibilities also include identifying trends in delinquent accounts, recommending strategies for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding balances. - Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts. - Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and billing issues promptly. - Identify trends in delinquent accounts and recommend strategies for improvement. - Adhere to regulations, compliance standards, and company policies related to accounts receivable management. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in international AR calling. - Graduation degree in any field. - Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Insurance cycle. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HIPPA. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on accuracy.
