Role Description

We are hiring an Aptitude Trainer for a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur. The Aptitude Trainer will conduct engaging training sessions on quantitative, logical, and verbal aptitude for college students, preparing them for tech industry placements. Responsibilities include designing and delivering interactive content, evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and keeping up to date with industry trends and requirements. The trainer will collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality delivery and contribute to student success.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and practical experience in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability
Teaching, coaching, or training experience, with a track record of effective curriculum delivery
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology and tools to conduct engaging training sessions
Passion for education and commitment to student success
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Experience in preparing students for competitive exams or campus placements is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to updated industry standards
