Role Description

This is a freelance , on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer based in Tiruppur. The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging and impactful training sessions for individuals seeking to enhance their aptitude and employability skills. Responsibilities include preparing relevant training materials, conducting practice sessions, assessing participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires working closely with learners to ensure their skill development, confidence building, and career readiness.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Language proficiency
Proven experience in training and mentoring individuals or groups
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
