Role & responsibilities

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging sessions on

  Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability

  , including topics like arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, probability, puzzles, and grammar.
• Deliver

  communication skills

  and

  interpersonal skills

  modules to enhance learner's employability.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies activity-based learning, role plays, case studies, and real-world problem-solving exercises.
• Conduct both

  offline classroom

  and

  online video-based

  training sessions with high learner engagement.

Learning Impact:

• Design and implement

  mock tests, practice sessions, and assessments

  to measure learning outcomes.
• Provide

  individual feedback

  and track progress to ensure measurable skill improvement.
• Identify and address learning gaps at both group and individual levels.

Student Engagement & Mentoring:

• Counsel and motivate students to reduce dropouts.
• Mentor students for

  corporate readiness

  speed, accuracy, problem-solving, time management, and confidence-building.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Maintain detailed training records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training content and methodology.
• Stay updated with

  latest aptitude exam patterns and training techniques

  .

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong command over

  Aptitude topics

  - quantitative, logical, and verbal reasoning.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and digital learning tools.
• Ability to connect with learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Mentoring and coaching mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to student success.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Mathematics or related field).

• 3+ years

  of experience in Aptitude and Communication Skills training.
• Experience in corporate training or educational institutes is preferred.
