Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Faculty located in Jaipur and Jodhpur. The Aptitude Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in subjects such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability. The faculty member will create and update course materials, conduct assessments, provide feedback, and ensure students are well-prepared for placement exams. Additionally, they will participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability
• Proven teaching experience in similar subjects or relevant coaching experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and update comprehensive course materials
• Experience with student assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
