Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Faculty, located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interactive aptitude training sessions to students, preparing course materials, developing assessments, and providing feedback to students. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating them into the curriculum, as well as mentoring and guiding students to achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions and course materials
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; teaching certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the education or training sector is preferred
