Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Aptitude Faculty. The Aptitude Faculty will be responsible for training students in quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills, designing engaging learning materials, and conducting classroom and lab sessions. The role also involves evaluating students progress, providing feedback, and supporting learners to improve their problem-solving and aptitude skills for placements and competitive exams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in preparation for placements or competitive exams.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective learning materials and content tailored for student success.
• Proficiency in managing classrooms and creating an interactive learning environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines); teaching certifications or experience will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about education and committed to fostering student growth and skill development.
