Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Faculty based in Tirupati. The Aptitude Faculty will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal aptitude. Responsibilities include designing course material, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and enhancing learning outcomes. Faculty members will also collaborate with the curriculum team to tailor lessons that meet industry standards and student requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude in Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Effective teaching and communication skills to engage and mentor students
• Experience in designing curriculum, assessments, and educational material
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on diverse student learning needs
• Proficiency in using tools and technology to enhance learning experiences
• Passion for skill development and ability to foster a positive learning environment
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior teaching or training experience in aptitude content is a significant advantage
