Project Coordinator We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, communication, and delivery across various mobile app projects (iOS/Android). You will work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily project activities and deliverables. Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Track progress, identify issues or delays, and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports. Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to update on progress. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum). Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Support client communication, including sharing updates and handling feedback. Help manage scope changes, risks, and issue logs. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in mobile app development. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work with technical teams and understand mobile app development lifecycle. Nice To Have Prior experience coordinating iOS and Android app projects. Knowledge of mobile technologies and development tools.
