As an Apps Support Intmd Analyst at Citi, your role involves providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. You will utilize your understanding of apps support procedures and concepts to address and resolve issues raised by stakeholders, providing short-term solutions and collaborating with relevant technology partners for long-term remediation. It is important to develop a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of apps support integrate to contribute to achieving business goals. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors, participate in disaster recovery testing, and be involved in application releases from development to deployment into production. Your responsibilities also include performing post-release checkouts, developing technical support documentation, analyzing applications for risks and security issues, and cooperating with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements. Your work will have a direct impact on the business and the quality of work provided by your team and closely related teams. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience - Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures, concepts, and other technical areas - Participation in process improvements - Previous experience or interest in standardizing procedures and practices - Basic understanding of financial markets and products - Knowledge/experience of problem management tools - Communication and diplomacy skills - Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the business and its technology strategy - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Issue tracking and reporting using tools - Ability to plan and organize workload - Communication with relevant stakeholders Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use Citi's search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.
