Apps Support Intmd Analyst - C11 - CHENNAI

As an Apps Support Intmd Analyst at Citi, you will be responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. Your role will involve utilizing a good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts to field and resolve issues and queries from stakeholders. You will work closely with relevant technology partners for long-term issue remediation and act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. - Field and resolve issues and queries from stakeholders, providing short-term resolutions and collaborating with technology partners for long-term remediation. - Act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors. - Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases, from development to deployment into production. - Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues. - Develop and maintain technical support documentation. - Participate in Support Project items covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience - Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures, concepts, and other technical areas. - Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices. - Basic business knowledge/understanding of financial markets and products. - Knowledge/experience of problem management tools. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to plan and organize workload effectively. - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
