Job Description

HR Apprentice Roles & Responsibilities

Objective:

  • Recruitment & Coordination

    Support resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Employee Data Management

    Maintain accurate records in HR databases and assist with documentation.

  • Onboarding & Exit Formalities

    Help organize induction programs and manage exit documentation.

  • Reporting & Analytics

    Prepare HR reports using Excel (e.g., attrition, attendance, leave trends) and assist in data-driven decision-making.

  • Communication & Engagement

    Draft internal HR communications and support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Training & Development Support

    Coordinate training logistics and track participation and feedback.

Requirements

Education MBA in HR or equivalent qualification

Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create and manage reports Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attitude Detail-

oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
