Job Description

Qualification: BSC /MSC / B.Tech ( Mechanical / Electrical ) Key Roles/Responsibilities: To assist in smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of utilities, HVAC, and water systems. To comply with cGMP, QMS, and safety regulations while carrying out maintenance activities. To follow ALCOA+ principles while documenting maintenance records, calibration, and logbooks. To support the upkeep of equipment qualification, validation, and calibration as per schedule. To ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and participation in EHS programs. To monitor service floor activities and utilities to ensure uninterrupted services. To report repeated breakdowns, deviations, and unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors. To assist in energy conservation projects, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. To raise purchase requisitions for spares/materials and coordinate inventory management. To maintain compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), statutory/legal regulations. To contribute to maintaining good documentation practices, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
