Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic AI/ML Apprentice Graduate Engineer passionate about Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This apprenticeship will provide a hands-on learning experience, allowing the candidate to gain practical expertise by contributing directly to ongoing AI projects, experiments, and research.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy AI models and solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Perform data preprocessing, annotation, and feature engineering to support model training.
Build and maintain NLP pipelines and ML workflows under the guidance of senior developers.
Train, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications.
Implement prompt engineering techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, experiments, and outcomes.
Engage actively in team meetings, project planning, and collaborative knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications And Skills

Recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts.
Basic understanding and exposure to Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-series, LLaMA).
Familiarity with Python programming and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
Knowledge of basic data manipulation and analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset.
