How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and question management.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials, presentations, and supporting documents.
  • Manage and maintain the team’s training portal and associated records.
  • Help with the coordination and communication of Business Partner meetings, including liaising with presenters and participants.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning and development processes.
  • Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
