As an Admission Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to set up qualified meetings via telecalling for our closers. You will engage in cold calling prospective clients to increase mass reachout and build a thorough technical understanding of our products. Your role will involve helping potential customers understand our offerings through effective articulation. Engaging with potential customers to identify key pain points, providing counseling to certain segments, and referring qualified leads to appropriate senior counselors will be crucial. Maintaining an excellent rapport with all leads, improving show-up rates in counseling sessions, and following up post-sale to collect feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and gain referrals are essential tasks. Staying updated on market trends and actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to devise new growth strategies will be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to use CRM to track leads daily, manage the pipeline efficiently, and work towards achieving monthly targets to unlock fast growth opportunities. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The job type is in person, and the required education is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an admission counselor and at least 1 year of experience in an international voice process. Proficiency in English is a must.
