Job Position: Appointment Specialist

Location: Noida | Full-time (Work from Office) | 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

Make cold calls and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team

Clearly explain product value and counsel potential customers

Qualify leads and transfer them to senior counsellors

Follow up for feedback, referrals, and closure updates

Maintain lead data via CRM and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

Minimum 60% in academics

Excellent English communication & negotiation skills

Strong objection-handling and client interaction skills

Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Compensation

CTC: ₹5 LPA

Incentives: ₹50K – ₹60K per month (performance-based)
