• Make

  targeted outbound calls

  to warm leads; handle inbound callbacks and WhatsApp/email follow-ups

• Qualify

  prospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) and

  book

  them on the Closer’s calendar
• Use company scripts professionally; personalize where appropriate
• Maintain

  100% CRM hygiene

  and submit brief end-of-day updates
• Coordinate with the Setter Lead to improve show rates and lead quality

• Strong spoken English (Hindi a plus) and confident phone presence
• Results mindset: punctual, coachable, consistent activity
• Basic CRM experience (e.g., Synamate/HubSpot/GHL)
• Reliable home setup: quiet workspace,

  25 Mbps+

• 60–80 dials/day
