Job Description

Experience: Minimum 1 year in appointment setting / demand generation / inside sales for B2B clients.


Key Responsibilities:


▪️Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to set qualified appointments for our clients.


▪️Understand client offerings to effectively pitch value propositions.


▪️Follow-up with leads to confirm and ensure meeting attendance.


▪️Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and appointments in CRM.


▪️Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment targets.



We’re looking for someone who:


▪️Has minimum 1 year experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably for IT, SaaS, or professional services.


▪️Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


▪️Is comfortable working with global markets (US, EMEA, APAC).


▪️Is target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.


▪️Can work collaboratively with the campaigns and delivery teams.
