About The Role

As a

Senior Business Development Manager

, you will lead the growth of our Elite Vertical by developing a strong network of

Business Associates (BAs)

and their field agents.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train mentor Business Associates and Agents (commission-based).
Drive sales targets through regular field tracking monitoring.
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and maintain the Sales Management System.
Enhance agent engagement via Career Progression Programs .
Promote adoption of digital tools (CRM, Agent Portal, etc.) for cross-selling efficiency.

Who Were Looking For

5 years experience
