Update the Sales Management System with performance data. Motivation Career Progression: Promote and motivate agents for career progression programs. Encourage agents to join the organization and grow their network. CRM Portal Utilization: Promote the use of Agent Portal and CRM for customer management. Cross-sell different products to enhance revenue generation.
