Job Description We are looking for passionate and skilled Software Developers ready to take on the next big challenge—building AI-powered agentic applications for Oracle Fusion ERP. As part of the Fusion Financial Technology team, you will contribute to the design and development of next-generation enterprise agents like Ledger Agent and Payment Agent, which leverage Generative AI and Autonomous Decision-Making to simplify financial operations for our customers. Fusion Applications on Cloud is the next generation applications offering from Oracle portfolio. We at Fusion Financials team are building world class Financial Products, Common Components and Tools using the cutting edge technologies - SOA, SOAP & REST Services, BIP, ESS, ADF from Oracle Fusion middle-ware tech stack. We are looking for highly talented dynamic professionals to be part of one of its kind project “Fusion”. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI-powered agentic applications such as Ledger Agent and Payment Agent within the Oracle Fusion ERP suite. Architect and build scalable, cloud-native financial services using Java, SOA, REST/SOAP, ADF, and Oracle middleware technologies. Drive the integration of Generative AI techniques to enable intelligent decision-making in enterprise workflows. Define and implement microservices-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git). Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to align technical design with business goals. Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and design best practices. Own complex problem-solving efforts and troubleshoot production issues with a focus on root-cause resolution. Stay ahead of technology trends, especially in AI/Gen AI, and drive innovation into existing and new application components. Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team collaboration.
