Applications Developer 3

We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with 6–10 years of experience to join our dynamic product engineering team.This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise applications, collaborate with industry’s best talent, and contribute to modern AI-powered product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications in HCM (Human Capital Management) modules.
• Work closely with industry-leading engineers and architects to build scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents and AI-driven workflows within enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain SaaS-based modules with a strong emphasis on scalability, multi-tenancy, and high availability.
• Participate in end-to-end product development, focusing on robust architecture, clean coding practices, and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, UX, and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions to enhance application reliability.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile product development environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on product development with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of HCM domain or enterprise business modules.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI agents in applications is a plus
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the enterprise application development division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications.
• Participate in end-to-end product development, from architectural discussions to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide long-term, scalable solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Release, QA, Product Management, and UX.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve product quality
