Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for application-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs in existing products.
  • Develop knowledge base articles on troubleshooting techniques and solutions for common issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x5 support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization; Master's degree (M.Tech) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Angular CLI, CSS, HTML, Kubernetes, Node.js technologies.
