Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for application-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to software applications.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs in existing products.
Develop knowledge base articles on troubleshooting techniques and solutions for common issues.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x5 support.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization; Master's degree (M.Tech) preferred.
Strong understanding of Angular CLI, CSS, HTML, Kubernetes, Node.js technologies.
