Application Support Specialist

We have a job opportunity for a GCP Devops Cloud infra support professional with 5-8 years of experience in application support. The role involves working on BFSI projects and requires expertise in GCP, Terraform, Bigquery, and Kubernetes. Proficiency in APM monitoring tools, ticketing tools like Snow and JIRA, SQL, and exposure to Aerospike DB is preferred. ITIL skills, especially in Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management, are essential for this role. The candidate should be willing to operate on a shift basis.
