Customer Support: Addressed clientsissues (L2 support) via email, chat, Ticketing Tool and via phone.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosed and resolved software bugs, user errors, and system outages.
Product Knowledge: Maintained deep understanding of the products features and functionalities.
System Monitoring: Monitored system performance and responded to alerts proactively.
Software Updates & Testing: Assist in deploying updates and patches to ensure customers use the latest software version.
Onboarding: Helping new customers with setup and configuration for a smooth onboarding process.
Customer Training: Conducted training sessions and created user documentation.
Feedback Collection:Gathered customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
Collaboration: Worked with development teams to resolve customer-reported issues.
Documentation: Created and updated internal support documentation.
Issue Escalation: Managed and resolved escalated support tickets promptly.
Root Cause Analysis: Identified and address underlying problems of recurring issues
Relationship Management: Building andmaintaining positive customer relationships.
Proactive Support: Engaged with customers proactively to prevent potential issues.
