Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting our healthcare technology applications and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Handle application usage, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and resolve issues.
• Document reported problems and follow up until closure.
• Assist internal teams with testing and deployment when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of X-Ray, CT scan, or prior healthcare domain experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, email, and internet usage.
• Ability and eagerness to learn new tools and concepts.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers may apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
