Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and fix software issues, bugs, and performance problems for end-users. User Support: Respond to queries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat), offering guidance and clear solutions. Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Collaboration: Work with development, QA, and cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and improve applications. Maintenance: Apply software patches, updates, and perform regular system checks. Documentation: Create and maintain records of troubleshooting steps, solutions, and support processes. Monitoring: Monitor application performance to ensure optimal operation.
