Must have skills : Microsoft Exchange Server Good to have skills : Microsoft 365 Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : College B Tech degree preferred Job Summary As a Messaging, Collaboration, and Productivity Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will define technology transformation strategies and capabilities, design roadmaps to achieve the target state, and cover all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Microsoft O365, Microsoft Security & Compliance and Microsoft Application Architecture. Define technology transformation strategies and capabilities, including north star and target blueprints. Design roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skills Microsoft O365 (Exchange Online, Power BI Administration, Microsoft Groups, Dynamics Administration) SMTP Relay & Application Email, Internet Email, Email Authentication ( DKIM, SPF, DMARC) Proofpoint Email Protection , Proofpoint Targeted Attack Protection (TAP), Proofpoint Threat Response Proofpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Proofpoint Secure Email Relay (SER) Microsoft Security & Compliance (Microsoft defender for Office(ATP), Threat Intelligence, Cloud App Security, Information Protection, Encryption ,Data loss prevention, Compliance Manager, Insider Risk Management) Microsoft Application Integration (should understand process of connecting and integrating various Microsoft applications, services, and systems to enable seamless communication, data exchange, and workflow automation, API Permission Management , Centralized Application Deployment ) Good-to-Have Skills Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Entra, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power platform etc. Strong understanding of technology transformation strategies and capabilities Experience in designing roadmaps to achieve the target state Solid grasp of infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process aspects Excellent collaboration and communication skills Additional Information Minimum 6 to 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Strong educational background in technology, computer science, or a related field Proven track record of delivering impactful technology solutions College B Tech degree preferred Show more Show less
