Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills :IBM z/OS

Good to have skills :Mainframe DevOps
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :Graduate
br/>Key Responsibilities :Monitor critical batches & console alerts.

Report batch issues. Apply SOP to troubleshoot.

Perform IPL/HMC operations and system maintenances.

Handle system breakdowns - Emergency IPL, Dumps

Identify & report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders

Monitor System performance br/>Technical Experience :Expertise with batch scheduling tools - particularly in TWS tool. Good to have experience with other scheduling tools like CA-ESP, CA-7, or Control-M

Experience to work with Spool management tools, system monitoring and automation tools

Expertise & knowledge to perform IPL and knowledge of HMC operations

Experienced to support Production/LIVE environment in 24x7 support model br/>Professional Attributes :Good communication skill br/>Educational Qualification :GraduateQualificationGraduate
