Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the applications you support. Your role will require you to think critically and creatively to devise effective solutions to challenges that arise in the software environment, making a significant impact on the organization’s success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of storage management and data protection strategies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving SAN-related issues. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for SAN environments. - Ability to work with various operating systems and virtualization technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
