Application Specialist JD ( Biomedical/Neuroimaging background) Location Preference: North India Travel Requirement: Willing to travel across centers in the Northern region Employment Type: Full-time Experience : 2- 5 years Role Summary We are hiring an Application Specialist with a biomedical and/or Neuroimaging background and strong technical familiarity with MRI systems, along with clinical sales experience. Those with a software cum coding experience will be an added advantage. This role will involve regular clinical support to surgeons including clinical sales presentations and conversations in or outside surgeries, workflow optimization, and product demonstrations across North India, making travel flexibility essential. Key Responsibilities MRI Workflow Integration Understand and support MRI acquisition processes to feed accurate data into navigation systems. Bridge communication between imaging and surgical teams. Technical Training, Support & Workflow Optimization Offer on-site troubleshooting and technical support for MRI systems. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in imaging-to-navigation workflows, specifically focusing on MRI data transfer and integration. Workflow Optimization Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in imaging-to-navigation workflows, specifically focusing on MRI protocols and data management. Provide setup and intraoperative assistance for neuronavigation systems. Work closely with surgical teams for precise execution of image-guided interventions. Clinical sales support Assist the sales team in closing pre-sales clinical discussions with prospects and leads Demonstrate product offering to clinicians including clinical presentations Offer case and neuronavigation application support to clinicians during surgeries and strengthen product conviction by resolving clinical queries Data Management Maintain secure clinical image databases and ensure structured documentation. Collaboration Act as a liaison between hospital staff, vendors, and internal technical team. Coding knowledge Scripting or programming to automate data transfer or manipulation related to MRI data. Working with software interfaces of MRI systems or neuronavigation tools. Possibly, analyzing and processing medical imaging data using relevant programming languages or software libraries. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Neuroimaging Hands-on experience with MRI system Strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills Comfortable with frequent regional travel and dynamic clinical schedules Commitment to data privacy and clinical safety standards Desirable Qualifications Working knowledge of neuronavigation systems. Familiarity with surgical workflows in neuro interventions
