About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Application/Software Developers to join the Signals Technology Evaluation and Adaptation Group (STEAG) under the Indian Army. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced software solutions with a focus on API integrations, security, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

2.Work with external data sources and third-party APIs.

3.Perform unit testing to ensure code robustness, usability, and reliability.

3. Fix bugs and enhance application performance.

4. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

5. Work on API integration, SMS gateway integration, and Digital Signature integration.

6. Understand and work with Android Architecture (Applications, Framework, Runtime, Platform Libraries, Linux Kernel).

Required Technical Skill set Programming Languages:

1. Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Groovy.

2. Java-J2EE, C++, PHP, PL/SQL.

3. JavaScript/JQuery, React, AngularJS, ExpressJS, ExtJS, Ionic, Cordova.

4. Dell Boomi, VB.NET

1. NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS.

Education Qualification

• Graduate: BE/B.Tech in Computers, Electronics, IT
• Postgraduate: MCA / M.Tech in Computers/Electronics/IT
• OR M.Sc. in CS / IT / Physics / Mathematics / Statistics / Electronics

Preferred Certifications

Any of the following certifications will be an added advantage:

1. ITIL, CSM, PMP, TOGAF, CSPO, CAPM, PgMP, PMI-ACP.

2. MCSE, IDF, UX Designer Certification.

3. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CASP, CEH, CCIE.

4. CMWAPT, CRISC, ECSA

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
