Application Officer

Job Summary:

Application Officer- will be responsible for providing comprehensive application and admission services. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Application Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage student applications, provide guidance on the admissions process, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. You will also be a key point of contact between students and international universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents to partner institutions.
• Responsible for all applications and operations related to University coordination.
• Quality check of the documents for application submission.
• Assist students in preparing and reviewing their statements of purpose (SOP), recommendation letters (LOR), and other supporting documents.
• Filling of university application & scheduling interviews for student.
• Interview and Prepare students to ensure that he/she is eligible to apply for the application.
• Maintain detailed and organized records in the central MIS and CRM, tracking the status of each application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and internal teams.
• Track application status and follow up with students and institutions when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between students and international universities, facilitating communication and addressing issues as needed.
• Respond promptly to student queries and provide updates on their application progress.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in international education and admission requirements.
• Generate reports on application metrics and suggest improvements to the process.

Requirements:

• Completed Graduation in any field.
• Person should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English
• Minimum 1 year experience in Overseas Education Industry.
• Should have the ability to keenly observe details
• Must be precise in filling data
• Self- motivated, flexible and dedicated candidates would be our first preference.
• Candidate should have pleasing personality and should be confident enough to handle work pressure.
