About the Role:

Application Point of Contact (POC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for students during their

  application process

  for study abroad programs.
• Assist students in filling out

  application forms

  for universities, colleges, and visa submissions.
• Collect, verify, and organize student documents (transcripts, SOPs, LORs, financials, etc.).
• Ensure timely submission of applications and track application progress.
• Coordinate with internal counsellors, admission teams, and universities for updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/system for all student applications.
• Provide students with updates, reminders, and support throughout their journey.
• Handle queries related to application status, missing documents, or submission timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
• Interest in the

  study abroad/education sector

  is a plus.
