Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team through the development process. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of solutions and ensuring that they align with organizational standards and client expectations. Your role will require you to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of quality management processes and methodologies. - Experience with SAP modules related to quality assurance and control. - Ability to analyze and interpret quality data to drive improvements. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in quality management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
