Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely project delivery - Provide technical guidance and support to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Lead the design and development of D365, Power Platform solutions, ensuring best practices and scalability. - Sale and Marketing experience is mandatory. - Architect solutions integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and external systems. - Define best practices for Power Platform governance, security, and compliance. - Oversee Azure-based integrations using API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Graph API. - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, DevOps strategies, and Microsoft best practices. Development & Integration - Guide teams in building canvas and model-driven apps with custom components (PCF), Power Fx, and JavaScript. - Implement API-based integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party services. - Optimize Dataverse schema, security roles, business rules, and plugins for performance and maintainability. - Enable Power Automate workflows for process automation, including cloud flows, desktop flows, and RPA. DevOps, ALM & Performance Optimization - Establish CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform ALM using DevOps, and Power Platform Build Tools. - Drive automated testing strategies for Power Platform solutions. - Monitor and optimize app performance, capacity planning, and data management. Security & Compliance - Ensure Azure AD-based authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and data security policies. - Implement Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices. - Define strategies for data governance, compliance, and tenant-wide policies. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration - Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, testers, and analysts. - Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Conduct technical reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required 15 years full time education
