Job Title: Application Engineer – Technical Support Location: Indore (with regular travel to customer sites) Preferred: Experience working in the automation or machinery industry. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Application Engineer – Technical Support . In this role, you will be responsible for resolving product and system-related issues at customer sites, ensuring smooth operation of our solutions post-deployment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ● Visit customer sites across India for on-site issue diagnosis, resolution, and system calibration. ● Understand and troubleshoot hardware, software, or networking issues in automation systems. ● Collaborate with internal product, R&D, and customer success teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. ● Train customer teams on basic maintenance, operation, and issue handling of installed systems. ● Maintain detailed logs of issues resolved, time spent, and customer feedback. ● Assist with product installations, upgrades, and field testing of new features. ● Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests. ● Document solutions and help develop support manuals or SOPs. Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields). ● 1–3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or field service roles. ● Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with automation systems or industrial machinery. ● Basic understanding of networking, sensors, cameras, and PLCs is a plus. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60–70% of the time). ● Ability to work independently under pressure and manage time effectively.
