Application Engineer - Technical Support

As an Application Engineer Technical Support at Robro Systems, your role involves resolving product and system-related issues at customer sites, ensuring smooth operation post-deployment, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit customer sites across India for on-site issue diagnosis, resolution, and system calibration. - Understand and troubleshoot hardware, software, or networking issues in Robros automation systems. - Collaborate with internal product, R&D, and customer success teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. - Train customer teams on basic maintenance, operation, and issue handling of installed systems. - Maintain detailed logs of issues resolved, time spent, and customer feedback. - Assist with product installations, upgrades, and field testing of new features. - Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests. - Document solutions and help develop support manuals or SOPs. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields). - 1-3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or field service roles. - Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with automation systems or industrial machinery. - Basic understanding of networking, sensors, cameras, and PLCs is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60-70% of the time). - Ability to work independently under pressure and manage time effectively.
