To support our expanding business, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for clients.
• Develop application notes, case studies, and technical documentation to support business development.
• Collaborate with the R&D and product management teams for customer feedback and product improvement.
• Assist in system integration, testing, and commissioning of solutions at customer sites.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies to advise customers effectively.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in a technical support, application, or field engineering role (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of [domain-specific area: e.g., test & measurement equipment, power electronics, EV batteries, renewable energy, automation].
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with instruments, simulation tools, or software will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
