Must-Have Experience:

• 3+ years

   in 

  valve/actuator sizing & selection

   (industrial applications preferred).

• Deep familiarity

   with 

  ANSI, ASME, ISO, and API standards

  .
• Proven skill with 

  sizing software/tools

   (e.g., manufacturer calculators, custom spreadsheets).

• Ownership mentality

   – you don’t just pass the buck; you see projects through.

• Stakeholder savvy

   – able to manage 

  client expectations and supplier negotiations

  .

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with 

  SAP

   (or similar ERP systems).

• Quoting/bid support

   background.

• Proactive communicator

   – you keep everyone in the loop without being asked.
