Role & responsibilities 1. Should have Experience in design and development of Electrical & Power electronics components like converter, inverter modules, battery charger based on the requirements 2. Prior Experience of component qualification programs and new product development in an automotive/ machinery environment is a distinct advantage. 3. Experience in developing electrical components Temperature sensors, actuators, solenoids, motors, Drives, batteries, Contactors and knowledge of Analog circuits, Protection circuits, Controller hardware is an advantage. 4. Proficient in Modeling and simulation of electrical components. 5. Experience in design and debug of embedded microprocessor control systems desired. 6. Knowledge and experience of control systems and software testing and debug an advantage. 7. Capable of developing and executing test plans, interpreting test data, and developing and driving relevant corrective measures where necessary. 8. Previous experience in New Product Development (NPD) process, DFMEA, 6 Sigma, are desirable. 9. Apply systematic problem-solving skills and investigate product Quality and Reliability issues to find root cause and permanent corrective action design change recommendations. 10. Should Knowledge in PLM and Windchill is an advantage 11. Experience in Modelling and simulation would be advantage. 12. Exposure on Hardware design using Alitum would be beneficial Primary Skill 1. Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and protocols applicable to mobile AC/DC voltage systems. 8. Able to perform Modelling and simulation of electrical components using Matlab / Dymola tool. 1. As a Customer Enquiry Specialist at Emerson, your primary responsibility is to review and scrutinize customer enquiries and prepare technical and commercial quotations within the deadline specified by the customer. You will ensure that all enquiries are registered into the quote log and provide timely acknowledgement to sales/customers with a planned quote submission date. Experience in valve, control valve, actuator & controls, and industrial ETO equipment is preferred. Preferred qualifications include experience in the actuator, controls & instrumentation industry. You should have at least 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagrams (FBD). Your expertise should include working with PLC brands like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Delta. Knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI configuration, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP is essential. It is important that you are familiar with control systems and integrating them with various devices like sensors, drives, and actuators.
