    2013, 2019, Ansys 2019 - 2024.
    - Windchill Server, FlexNet License Manager, Sovelia, PDM, Vault, Creo View.
    - Resolved application slowness, license errors, connectivity, and CAD/PLM issues for global
    engineering teams.
    - Designed and maintained installation & troubleshooting document repositories (MacGregor,
    Hiab, Kalmar).
    - Coordinated with network & SAM teams for ZPA allowlisting, server communication, and
    port configuration.
    - Handled Windows OS, Office 365, SCCM, VPN, AD domain, ERP & Java application support.
    - Provided remote troubleshooting & ticket-based support ensuring quick resolution and user
