Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management

    : Handle technical aspects for customer accounts.
  • Sales Support

    : Provide technical assistance to generate RFQs, assess opportunities, and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
  • Pre- and Post-Order Activities

    : Develop and manage schematics, BOM, cost sheets, and customer approvals.
  • Project Coordination

    : Liaise with customers, internal teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Support

    : Assist in commissioning, product lifecycle management, retrofitting, and concept prove-outs.
  • Documentation

    : Maintain project documents, including lessons learned and loss order analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement

    : Promote value engineering, technology innovation, and process optimization for efficiency.
  • Training & Development

    : Conduct technical training sessions and enhance team awareness.
  • Data Management

    : Maintain opportunity pipelines and CRM systems.
