We are leading SOLIDWORKS software reseller in India. We are looking for energetic and dynamic engineers for our Mumbai (Ghatkopar) location.
- Perform technical assessment and install SolidWorks licenses at customer sites
- Implement SolidWorks solutions (configuration, setup) after sale - Provide software training to customers on SolidWorks CAD and related modules - Offer ongoing customer support and troubleshooting (installation, usage, performance) - Resolve software-related issues including licensing, performance, and crashes SOLIDWORKS - Conduct on-site visits for deployment, system validation, and customer handover - Create and maintain training material, knowledge-base articles, and user guides - Provide value-added services (VAS) by recommending workflow optimizations, CAD best practices, and additional modules
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
